About

Cristopher Miranda

I'm a first-generation college student and first-generation American, born to Mexican immigrant parents. I grew up working construction with my dad, forming and pouring slabs, sidewalks, and driveways. That work pushed me toward the other side of the blueprint: engineering.

I've interned at Vast (thermal test engineering, 2026), Varda Space Industries (mechanisms, 2026), and Starfish Space (thermal systems, 2025). I'm based in Norcross, GA, and I'm just under a year from graduating from MIT.
